Represented by Clive Rees but he couldn't attend in person ( very complicated ).

4 day trial and a took 7 months to get to court.

Costs include helicopter, impoundment of a four wheel drive truck for 7 months ( est £5000+) police occumpanied raids by r.s.p.c.a on 3 seperate houses, legal fees, reports and investigations from so called Badger expert Mr Cantwelll from Naturall England. Wages for 3 police officers who sat in the public gallery for 3 days in uniform after giving evidence and being free to leave court.

All payed for by the British tax payer.

A case based almost intirley on 8 hairs that turned up in an r.s.p.c.a evidence bag (despite being a police prosecution? ) as actuall evidence.
