PlasticJock 539
Just had pulled pork, BBQ sauce and coleslaw on rolls. The pork was marinated overnight, then slow roasted for 8 hours.... Made the BBQ sauce myself, really easy and amazing flavour. I'm stuffed but still dribbling What's everyone's favourite dishes? Need some ideas for tomorrow

scothunter 12,609
Don't like pork or roasts tbh or coleslaw. Really enjoy a nice stew in a slow cooker, with onion carrots, and a cpl dough balls ( dumplings) with mash. Or even a spag bol done in slow cooker. Great wee invention them. Done some venison in it once, just left it for hours.

Hoe did you make the bbq sce PJ? 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp soft dark brown sugar 1 tbsp cider vinegar Pinch of salt 1/4 tsp mustard 120g ketchup A bit of garlic and onion to taste, and a dash of Tabasco. In a small pan bring it to the simmer and stir so the sugar's dissolved, then bring it off the heat. Takes 10 minutes and you can adjust the ingredients depending on your taste it was lovely
