AATX200HC, RECOILLESS SYSTEM !

Recommended Posts

Hey Davyt63,

I saw it a little while ago, and was mightily impressed. i contacted him to see if it was a kit that could be purchased and retro fitted, but he said that he would need the gun over in greece, and the woodwork would need extra inletting. Plus, i can't remember how much he said the work would be, but it was not cheap. Bloody impressive though!

Tell you what, it would be interesting to see Pianoman use it, without letting him know it was on a super smooth sled

Im confused :hmm: isnt that just taking everything that people love about a springer and removing it?

all you springer shooters bang on about is 'learning real shooting from a springer' and 'pcp takes the fun out of it' & 'no recoil no skill' etc etc

well they have just turned that springer into everything you hate and slapped a PCP price tag on it!

...

next thing you know they will put an air tank on it and shorten the cocking handle ..and give it a magazine!

You are all now one step closer to being compressed air junkies like the rest of us :thumbs:

The open sights are very nice though

Not at all mate....i love shooting with a recoiling rifle...but for those guys who love the pcp but carnt afford a full set up that would be ideal.........i love the open sites though...but why not have 2 TX200's one with v-mach and the other with this no recoil system....best of both worlds methinks lol

Cant afford a pcp but can afford a springer + post it to Greece + the conversion ?

I think its one of those things, the technology is out there to do it but apart from the novelty factor there is no need for it.

At the THL meet i shot Marksmans tx200 and that hardly recoiled i cant see why anyone would want to pay to have it removed - maybe an FAC version now thats a different story

But a regular sub12 .. the recoil is negligible

Im sure Davy mentioned that he thinks someone in the Uk now do this conversion so not to expensive after-all mate

You are also correct that the recoil is not alot...but compared to a pcp it's a huge differance

hi lads the recoile on my tx is no where near my 97 it,s so smooth where my 97 has a kick like a mule but i may invest in a vmack kit for both of them atb mac

I think the extra weight of the TX helps with the recoil
