its my first dog and ive got problems with its dew claws . its 3 and a half years old will i be able to strap them up when she runs ?

Makes no difference on the breed mate as all running dogs with dew claws have problems with them, best getting them took off as pups as 9 times out of 10 they will rip them when older

she broke hers mate ....what i meant was that when i run this dog shes quick but she seems to tall perhaps a wipet or collie grey would of been better for my rabbiting

Got you now mate, I run a 31" deer/grey dog at work on the rabbits and he gets plenty

you can get stopper protectors of the net and they cover the due claw as well i would say they would work better than strapping it up with tape . i all so run big dogs on rabbit and i get plenty with them. big dogs carnt catch bunnys that my friend is a myth i have all ways run big dh x's and every one could catch them prety easy

my advise would be get the dew claws off pal, think it just cost me £50, and it will be healed up in a matter of weeks and safe in the know they wont bother you again,cheers HF

my young bitch is having problems with her stoppers but im hoping its just because she running alot more as she hardly ran for a year because she broke her leg just hope they get tougher and not weaker
