Bunny Boiler 177
Checked on the ferrets last night. Bought them some food and checked the water bottles. All was fine. Came up this morning for my lecture at the farm, and checked them again. All 7 kits gone. No way out, nobody else with access but me, no signs of any murder weapon. Who was it? Was it Colonel Mustard with the Candle Stick? Maybe Miss Scarlet with the lead pipe? Or was it mrs. Jill with the Sharp ass teeth? I don't know, all I know now is that I'm looking to replace them if anyone else is looking to give away some older kits in the Oxford area. I'm looking for 5. 3 for myself and 2 for a friend who was going to have 2 of my kits. If anyone is willing to give them to a good home, I'm willing to have them. Cheers, Bunny. Quote Link to post

Carraghs Gem 1,675
I second that... Someones lifted them or youwould at least find one or 2 half eaten corpses in nest Quote Link to post
Bunny Boiler 177
The Gills are really bloated, and if someone had lifted them, they would need to rip off a series of two padlocks. ALL of my gear is kept in the shed. Locators, nets etc. I have two heavy duty locks and 4 bolts on there. They weren't pinched Nobody goes in or out but me... Quote Link to post

Bunny Boiler 177
Some thing out the ordinary happen ?. even a sudden load noise could cause a jill to eat her kits but at six weeks ?. I don't know. Like I said. They were fine one night, gone the next morning. The cage is huge. They have plenty of bedding and room. No reason I can think of for it. I'm not too fussed. I wasn't "Attached" just yet, so no massive loss to me. Sure, it's sad, and I would like more to add to my family, will just try them again next year. Quote Link to post
