border lad 1,047 Posted June 12, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 12, 2012 YES HE ARRIVED WITH DEW CLAWS ON, and he has never had any problem with them as yet, he has run rabbits up the road, rough ground in the plough, these rabbits we have here in Scotland are mighty tough fellows, in fact this is a serious question?? In the past I always removed my pups dew claws on there 3 rd day, without any problems, and they run over basicaly the same ground as himself, now with all the wet weather we recieved over the backend and Feb, I noticed on the hard turns he was actualy so low, those dew claws was being used, when I washed his feet, and between his legs, I could see they must have been an advantage to him, I know come the stubble I have to take precaution, Quote Link to post
