SAHunter 0
Just wanted to know if anyone here uses .20, and if so, what Pellets they found the best? So for I've stuck to H&N FTT's, which gives me good results, but interested to hear what is out there. Quote Link to post

paulus 26
logun penetrator 15.6gr through the fac rapid Quote Link to post
SAHunter 0
I've not yet tried the penetrators, but I think for a sub-12 it is a bit on the heavy side. I've tried JSB Exacts, which are also pretty good at 13.7gr, 615 to 620 fps. However, I like the trajectory of the FTT's (11.4gr), at about 665 to 670 it is pretty flat in comparison to the exacts. andyfr1968 772
My HW90 shoots best overall with FTTs. Nice and flat flight with superb accuracy. Loguns group well as do the JSBs and Baracudas. Bisley Superfield surprised me with very good results but they're very hard to get hold of in .20 but worth a try if you can. They're the only funny shaped pellet I've ever tried that hold a properly tight group at longer ranges. Quote Link to post
gurtwurz 792
i just happen to have quite a few spare tins of loguns in .20 if you want to try them out mate, they should've been 11.50 a box but i'll let them go at a tenner plus postage. cheers, wurz Quote Link to post
robwelsh 354
How much is it for a calibre change? I did want .20 to begin with but couldn't say no to the deal I had lol Quote Link to post

A .20 barrel for my 90 cost me £ but that was about five years ago now. Gotta say though, I'm glad I did it. I'm very pleased with the results. Quote Link to post
SAHunter 0
Tried the Bisleys in the MFR yesterday, and my barrel must not like them that much, as the grouping is about 3 times as much as that of the FTT's and JSB's at 30 meters. I think I'll stick to the FTT and JSB's, as the groupings are nice and tight over 30 to 40 meters. @Robwelsh, you cant go wrong with a .20. I found it much easier as the .22, as it is much more forgiving on the flight path. It also still pack quite a punch, as many rabbits have found. Quote Link to post
