YES and spent 12 month on strike and due to an incident concerning myself learnt the police are just here to protect mostly the privaliged and wealthy.

NO NOT ONE BIT That was after they tried stiching me up in crown court to protect 3 gamekeepers lieing statements wich they would have had to lie on oath about.My barrister demanded the other wittness statement and they were releived it got brushed under the carpet.

if you have never had anything to do with the police then you wouldnt know what there like , but when you have , you can not trust them

I'd rather trust a raghead in afghan than a copper trying to get on the promotion ladder - my old man was always on the right side of the law, knew a fair few coppers through his job and said never trust them, ever. It's like politics, I think most join with the best intentions but the whole barrel is rotten. I was nicked a few years ago for not even a scrap, ended up with cracked ribs and being bailed with 3 offences hanging over me.

Surprise surprise 'the CCTV wasn't working' that night.... That's ok I said, my mate caught the whole incident on camera.

The charges were dropped there and then, bearing in mind I was answering bail and they were going to charge me.

I don't no about England but over here the police have no idea of firearms law! I got my guns taken off me a few years back for shooting a fox at night. It took me 4 months to get them back. There's only so many times you can tell the bollocks that its not against the law!

Imo the police dont do a bad job...Its just the odd individual who likes to think he is the be all and end all of its enforcement...bad apples in every spectrum of society..although i do think that some areas of crime get more attention than others quite needlesley..atb stabba

 

I agree with staba ,by and large all my dealings have been very cordial.....it deffo helps if you can string a sentence together and talk to them like you have a brain in your skull.

That said, areas vary and I know they give dog lads a hell of a time in Cumbria and such like.....down here they always have something better to do so they will have the craic with you about your dogs, wish you well and we all carry on our separate ways.

 

All they care about near me is that you not out nicking cable or anything else.

They started a farm watch scheme a couple of years back and I found out who was running it and made a point of phoning the officer up and inviting him round my house for a cup of tea.....asked him what he was doing, told him what I do....we talked about the dogs.

Said I was out all hours so would make a handy pair of eyes, gave him my registration as I said I didn't want to get pulled all the time.

Not had any bother at all since then.....always leave my phone number in the window of my motor along with the coppers badge number of the bloke who runs farm watch and bobs your uncle.

Myself and two fella's were out lamping one night, when we were walking back to the, we saw a police car going by, thinking nothing of it, we got in the car and drove off, when we got into a lit up area we looked behind us and the blue lights were flashing ffs, when the policeman walked up to the car, he was greeted by us 3 in camo gear and two big lurchers covered in shite lol He asked what why we were up that certain road blah blah. Then when asked why we were pulled over he said "you's wernt wearing any reflective gear to show up in the dark if a car was to come, they wouldnt have seen you".. Stupid peeler ever like.. sure he seen us!

Why do people wear Camo gear in the dark????

I have read the usual comments about "they are all c**ts" and all that old tripe, they are c**ts cause they are dealing with c**ts all day, every day.

I was on the receiving end of old bill from the time I was born but I don't hate them at all, it's all part of the big dirty game, no hard feelings.

Now as a grown man, I don't do f**k all wrong so don't have reason to deal with them.

 

I reckon we all get the old bill we deserve, see, every time some f*****g oxygen thief gets a bang on the head and croaks we want to string the copper at fault up for it.....so what do they do? End up writing traffic tickets instead because it's safer!

 

Me personally, I think they should beat more of these f*****g idiots they have to deal with to death in the cells.....I rather they killed scumbags than drove your average joe soap mad!!

 

Next time you want to slag the old ill because they put a foot wrong, think what the flip side of the coin is.
