Mate, you know the difference in attitude between the yank army and Blackwater in Iraq. Exactly the same. If some fat civvy thinks he'll be stopping me in the street he's got another thing coming. The law deters us from committing crime whilst Westminster has one of the highest ratios of convicted criminals as employees in the UK. But of course it's all for the 'greater good'. jasper65 6
a pal had a visit and was arrested by the police a good while back under suspicion of somthing he hadn't done. it was proved later that the evening the offence was commited he was at a restaurant having a meal with his family, don't quote me on the whole story but I think he was seen on CCTV at the restaraunt and also a receipt for the bill was produced. at the time he was pretty arsey about the whole situation but never said a bad word about the police and the way they conducted the investigation. No1 he obviously knew he was innocent so had nothing to worry about and No2 the police was as good as gold with him throughout. Some havn't been so fortunate with many misjustices being commited, people deserve a hearing to get justice when wrongfully commited or arrested .
