As said here you would be surprised at the tools brought back from the trenches lol and so longs as its in your house you cant get nicked with it just dont go walking about on a rampage with it lol

looks to modern to me to be first world war , its not trench art as in made in the trenches , it would be worth a lot then .

if its antique its not iligal to own as a collectors peice as far as i know .

maybe contact leeds royal armories they value stuff and might want it for collection?
