Stormy weather and new camera

Recommended Posts

We have just come back from a wet week in Pembroke with the kids, but it wasnt all bad and we had a couple of nice days out on the beach and walking. First time for me, down there, and it was stunning in places. I likened it very much to the cornish landscape and coast.

I took the opportunity to get out with a new panasonic compact, rather than my Nikon slr, and I was quite impressed with the results for a small camera. (no where near as good as an slr of course)

None of the pics have been cropped, but they have been re sized for ease of putting them on here.

The 3rd one of the beach is a useful panoramic stitch facility in built in the camera.

The 4th one is quite a good macro facility, un cropped.

They were taken purely to test the camera rather than for composition reasons.
