If you have damaged the achilles then you need to speak to a specialist asap to develop a recovery, I left mine to mild physio and it`s still f****d 18 months on. Broken ankle is way better than damaged achillies believe me mate. Don`t just listen to the doc. the A&E told me gentle streching etc and you`ll be fine,,, bollocks. You`ll appreciate the earing more when I take it out and use it to fasten the loops round yer wrists together while a big line of bad men wait to take turns on you !!
