Young dog is showing good signs so far,bolted a few and stuck to his task in a big place keeping the pressure on so his hearts in it so far and he don't mind a kiss and cuddle either,the bitch is around 10 months so just growing and will have a few ratting trips this summer and will be shown the ropes next season.One thing i will say about all the terriers from CH's terriers are there temprements are second to none,all mellow,quiet in kennels and seem to be happy where ever they are,very level headed terriers.

Not knocking the line in any way but not all are winners under the turf,here's a dog from the breeding that just wouldn't push on.He was a good enough ratting dog but i got plummers for that,so he's now a pet.

a days ratting we had 150 all dug to the dogs marks and he held his own that day and was not a year old then.

but wasn't a earth dog.

when i think back that dog is not unlike one of the dog's that was there that day...shame that he didn't work out he's a nice one matey ...that's a nice number of rats matey ...

is anyone still working this cross......it's just i was at a show in nottingham and there was 3 lads at the show with these cracking russells well marked well made for the job...and they say that there's nothing like them..

dont know about goulds stuff but deffo dont think there is much working hickling stock left in the country

Any dog can look 100% mate. I wouldn't make any judgments on how good a dog is unless I've seen it work with my own 2 eyes.

yes fireman thats lucy a good honest bitch i couldn t fault her apart from being to hard for our game she s doing well with chris and the pups down here are doing well this season will be there tester atb top

them dogs look nothing like stormer,he looked like he had a bit of english bull in him.knew some old boys who swore by the stuff they had off him.asked ken many years ago if there was anything left out of those lines he told me they were all gone.do not see why he would say that ,because he knew i was always in to the blacks and was well happy with them.

if stormer had bull in it it would of been bred out --- do they have to look like stormer ? chris might come on and tell you what was in them .
