right i just been out with the dogs , now i walk pretty much the same route evry day , through the feilds really so i dont have to put my bitch a the lead cos of poodles and miniture what ever they fcukin are running all over , so i got up into the woods about as far as i go before turn round , i walk round the woods then head back , so i put my post code in my sat nav on me phone to see how far it was back to mine , any way it works out that on my normal walk i do just over 3 miles , i do this twice a day . once in the morning and again at tea time , so 6 miles a day . keeps me half fit and the dogs dont mind it , i might even shift me beer belly :laugh: do any of you do this or more ? i know you dont LAB so dont lie :laugh:

1 hour a day walk then come august time at the side of the bike doing 5 miles 3 times a week

I bike 2miles to village with collie most days and then 2miles back, I also walk various distances with mutts although I walk different routes looking for game along the way taking various old and new forestry and bog roads yet im still a fat c**t :laugh:

14 mile round trip, on foot every other day

thats a good walk , i do a 10 miler now and then :thumbs:

I take mine running 2-4 times a week cross country and a bit of road, usually do 5-10k depending on the conditions. If I dont run they get a similar distance walk through the woods instead. Dogs get worn out and it stops me from hanging the kids by their thumbs.lol.

Need to do that with my phone never gave it thought before.

ive got a gps thing on me phone , so if i take a picture in the middle of a feild at night say !! i can get back there the next day by sat nav , how good is that ?

did the same thing took a pedometer on my usal walk, 3.2 miles in 45mins roughly i do this twice a day everyday and there aint no belly on me or the mutts and i never go faster than walking speed,

Haven't got the foggiest and wont be able to find out because.....

a... The mobile phone wont work anywhere here except with my head pushed up against the window or occasionally in the garden.

b... My post code is not recognised by sat navigation, well it is, but it's not my house it sends you too :D

so i bet you can walk for miles without seeing anyone , i bet your bills still find you :laugh:

My old man does 3 mile round trip with a beer inbetween with my terrier every night while I work away. Then at the weekend I'm either out ratting or walking with her with as many pub stops I can get with 5-6 hours a day :laugh:

I probably walk 2 to 3 miles a day , I have a couple of different routes I take depends how i feel really & if i want to take photos of something specific
