mickmck 716 Posted June 5, 2012 Report Share Posted June 5, 2012 (edited) right i just been out with the dogs , now i walk pretty much the same route evry day , through the feilds really so i dont have to put my bitch a the lead cos of poodles and miniture what ever they fcukin are running all over , so i got up into the woods about as far as i go before turn round , i walk round the woods then head back , so i put my post code in my sat nav on me phone to see how far it was back to mine , any way it works out that on my normal walk i do just over 3 miles , i do this twice a day . once in the morning and again at tea time , so 6 miles a day . keeps me half fit and the dogs dont mind it , i might even shift me beer belly do any of you do this or more ? i know you dont LAB so dont lie Edited June 5, 2012 by mickmck Quote Link to post Share on other sites

redpat1 225 Posted June 5, 2012 Report Share Posted June 5, 2012 I take mine running 2-4 times a week cross country and a bit of road, usually do 5-10k depending on the conditions. If I dont run they get a similar distance walk through the woods instead. Dogs get worn out and it stops me from hanging the kids by their thumbs.lol. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

The mobile phone wont work anywhere here except with my head pushed up against the window or occasionally in the garden. b...
