juckler123 707
Always cut your losses if youve got away with something baz no need to be cheeky you might be out of pocket but as long as its only a bit of cash no worries. Nothing worse than antagonising the opposition for a bit of poaching especially if you were in another part of the country and you intend to go back. Or were you innocent like me Quote Link to post

Guest MOLLY
Not getting at you baz, its just an observation in general . Why are we turning americanised (not getting at Americans either ) but we are sueing left right and centre for anything we possibly can, just look at the adverts on telly now. What people fail to realise is, who do you think pays to have a police force....the tax payers, so who pays the claims...the tax payers. You and me. Up goes our tax. Its the same with insurance companies, someone makes a claim so everyones insurance goes up, small buisnesses are going bust because they cannot afford the high prices now. Apart from major claims, like people left severely disabled and needing care for the rest of their lives or fatalities etc, why can't we put things down to lessons learned, human error....on our part and/or the person responsible. No one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes. MOLL. Quote Link to post
