Lab 10,979
cheers for the suggestions but I've done it this way for years, bloody hell lads i get in enough petty arguments with the missus i use this forum to escape lol now its turning into a site for petty arguments each to their own but i'd prefer to keep real meat in the freezer instead of skeletons Your not getting it are you. You put the whole bird in the freezer for your ferrets, feathers and all. Save you a bit of time, thats all i was getting at mate...............
Rake aboot 4,935
Anyway, back on point I wouldn`t worry about the lead. Any that you do swallow will pass through without corroding very much. I`ve spent have my life walking around with an airgun pellet in my gob, ready for the next shot, and I`m perfectly OK (shut it Lab) ! lol
xHOUNDx 33
yeah i know what you meant mate but we breast out all the birds at the permisson saves bringing them back and getting feathers everywhere, so the only bit we dont bring home is the skeleton basicly thats what i was trying to say we take all the meat at the permisson and just leave the wings and bones, no birds are brought home

matt_hooks 188
Lead in it's solid form has very low bio-availability. A few pellets going through the gut aren't going to cause lead levels in your body to increase appreciably. Lead is only really a risk in it's more soluble forms.
