secretagentmole 1,701 Posted June 3, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 3, 2012 (edited) What it is, my original farming permission holder invited me to shoot this land last year, but I got caught up on his other permission with an expansion into neighbouring farm and residential properties. The rabbits on the new bolt on were hammered by Myxomatosis. So I left them alone, never shot there. The second bolt on fields I never knew he owned, but now I have them I will have to investigate them! The Bungalow field is owned by 2 separate people, one side is owned by someone who gave me permission when we called in with the original permission owner, the second half is owned by someone who lives in the bungalow. I called round to tell them I was shooting, she asked me not to shoot her cats but have a go on her side of the field. All people who know each other... paulk73 151 Posted June 3, 2012 Report Share Posted June 3, 2012 he looks a lot different now mate. 6.5months old now and a lump and a bit of a yobbo to mate. i owned by 7 gsds mate so keeps me on me toes. looks a lot like the dog that took a bit of a shine to me. i drove the wagon into a yard to get repaired 1 day. the fitter that owned the yard had the dog chained to the front of a kennel on a long chain that stopped just short of the massive garage that he did his repairs in. the owner said the dog was friendly, and only barked because he was on the chain. this thing seemed a bit mental, so i decided to keep my distance, but try and make friends with half a butty. i threw the butty to the dog, and things seemed to be ok.at some point or other someone must of let the dog off the chain, while i wasnt looking.i walked around the wagon, the dog saw me and set off at full tilt in my direction. i turned around, but didnt get any further than 3 steps, when i felt its jaws clamp around my buttock. it dragged me backwards to the front of the wagon. where the owner came running over and got it off. it was barking its head off. the owner said it was only playing with me, and if it had meant buissness i would of known about it. my arse was black and blue for a fortnight, and by buttock was swollen and rock hard.lol can laugh about it now but at the time i was sh@tting myself.still wary of them now.
