irish staff x

Hi,my mates got a irish staff fantastic temperament strong powerfull and fast

Now being a newbie to the lurcher scene im looking for a bit of knowledge.shall i cross it with my 3/4 whip 1/4 beddy this might be a absouloute idoit thing to do but i am totally in the dark.Please help me Joe

Where do u get that from if you are referring to gameness each dog is an individual. People often mistake pits for Irish staffs. A staff is a staff wherever it's from the popularity of staffs are on the increase in Australia so are there Aussie staffs with different temperaments. Edit to say above comment spot on mate

The simple answer is dont breed. Your new so why a litter? Just enjoy working the dog you have, you mention the staff has a nice temperament, is powerfull and fast, hardly touching the tip of the iceberg for a sire of pups, i would also suspect pups from such a union would be squat and slow, but thats just me, there are far too many litters around that will get passed from pillar to post, why add to the number...........
