Does any one know a good trainer in county Durham area? give the dog time to settle first,with your yard being all new to him,as already said not all dogs gaurd,a few farms that i know have collie/alstion crosses they seam to let you know someones about,ive found rottwhiler dogs take some beating as gaurd dogs atb Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Strong Stuff 2,171 Posted June 3, 2012 Report Share Posted June 3, 2012 When i had people coming to me, a couple of women being raped walking their dogs had inspired them to seek training, they had what were perceived as "guard breeds" but without training most will bark and offer no bite.........
