vet says it could be fractured but all he would do is strap it up..or could be a foreign body inside his toe causing an infection,,ant ideas anyone?

ITS FOR , DAMAGAED LIGAMENTS N BONES LIKE FRACTURES AND BREAKS , IT HELPS CALCIFY THE DAMAGED AREA , ANY EQUESTRIAN /FARM SUPPLIES STORE WILL SELL IT ITS IN A WHITE BOTTLE WITH A BLUE LABEL, COSTS ABOUT £8 , A LOT OF HORSE STUFF CAN BE USED FOR DOGS , LIKE B12 VITAMIN SHOTS IS EXCELLENT IF YOUR DOGS A BIT TIRED OR RUN DOWN , YOU SHOULD ALSO TRY A MAG BOX IF YOU KNOW ANYONE WITH ONE THEY ARE HIGHLY RECCOMENDED INVESTMENT , THEY ARE GOOD FOR ALL SORTS OF INJURIES , AND TRY TO KEEP THE DOG FROM WALKING ON THE SORE TOE , MAYBE THERE IS A LOCAL GREHOUND TRAINER NEAR YOU WITH A HEATED POOL , I USE ONE NEAR ME AND BOY DOES IT CONDITION YOUR DOG THE DOG GETS GOOD STRENGTH AND STAMINA TRAINING AND THERE IS NO RISK OF INJURY BECAUSE THE DOG CANT HURT ITSELF IN WATER ESPECIALLY TOES , SO ITS IDEAL FOR YOU TO KEP THE DOG IN DECENT CONDITION EVEN THOUGH ITS INJURED
