Get yourself some hermit crabs, best bait for hounds, not much else but they seem to prefer them to peelers.

did i bollox. got there at 5pm, baits in by 6pm.

not a bloody run until 3am which was a small eel :cray: then another run minutes later which was=

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

a b*****d bass of 2lb :cray: , knocked that on the head and was shitting it out later that evening so not all bad :D

didnt even put up a fight Malt BUT tasted fantastic!

 

Didnt say, i also caught 20lb worth of sea weed for a few hours and lost numerous tackle :censored: .

Thoroughly enjoyed it and can easily get into it.

heard the bristol channel is good???

caught loads of them over the years used to go down off hayling island on the boat good sport on up-tider rods using peeler and rag worm combination but always put them back and share the pitifull whiting and pouting between us :thumbs:

Didnt say, i also caught 20lb worth of sea weed for a few hours and lost numerous tackle :censored: .

Thoroughly enjoyed it and can easily get into it.

aberporth is awsome mate get out with us after the cod in the winter me and kev off here had an awsome trip last time pennarth real good atb donk :thumbs:

it is malt me and kev did really well on a bait wich tou wouldent normally associate with cod out of penarth mate ill be arranging another trip soon if interested be getting on the tope down your end soon too mate :thumbs:
