Get in touch with Kaye at Lurcher search/link. She is in that area, all the dog wardens etc know her. And she often knows the vehicles in the area associated with dog thieves. If a lurchers comes up on the radar she will know about it.

Also post on her forum, many members on there who are not on here who will keep their eyes and ears peeled
