What do you pay for Dog Meat ? tripe,beef,lamb,chicken etc etc

Its probably in wrong section but before it gets moved.

 

How much do you pay per Ib for dog mince ? etc etc.

 

I get Minced chicken carcass at 50p per Ib from a place nr Barnsley south yorks. its good stuff and the dogs love it...but it is a bit fatty in my opinion.

 

What do you pay and where from in the South Yorks areas ?

 

I am only asking becasue a mate of mine has offered me the use of a unit and an outlett for maybe setting up some sort of Dog food manufacturing set up...etc etc.. its only a thought, but from what i can gather so far...there is not many people doing good quality raw mince at a good price anywhere local to me.

 

Whats the price per Ib your paying ? are you 100% happy with product ?

Beef 50p lb bit fatty but the dogs love it or can get it for 35p lb really good quality witha bit of liver through it but don't drive so cant get it picked up

I get 450gm bags minced tripe, beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, offal, fish,rabbit,whole liver ,kidneys heart 20 bags in a box £8-£9 a box delivered . very good stuff the meat is fresh with plenty of blood not like some of the slops you get from other places .

I have put alot of keepers onto this stuff and the dogs thrive on it and at that price for such quality meat you cant go wrong

i get dog mince from the local butcher for 70 pence a pound not the cheapest but the dogs love it and do well on it , not that long ago it was 30 pence a lb but me and my mates have put a lot of boys on to it and it seems the butcher is now cashing in on it and the price has doubled in less than 6 months maybe time to look else ware !

Hi, I get Chicken mince from the dog track at 60p for a two pound block and also go to the slaughter house and get a big box of chicken backs/frames from about two or three quid plus as many free bones as i can carry, and also use what the dogs put in the freezer and alternate between the lot Cheers Atb
