Well I can tell you how it is with having experienced the wrath of the court after being where I shouldn't of been with two lurchers whilst lamping...both dogs were confiscated,find over a grand,motor confiscated and all lamping equipment including EVERYTHING that was in the motor,mobile phones confiscated,put on tag for 3 months from 6pm until 6am and banned from keeping hunting dogs for 12 months and just for good measure 12 months probation...that is the honest truth..ATB Andy

even know rabbits and rats are legel you still need permesion 2 hunt them ,foxes must be shot and dogs can retreive ,1 terrier can enter a earth but must be despatch my the gun ,deer flused 2 the gun all these have 2 be on land you have permison 2 go on

I got caught lamping, had two lurchers lamp and battery plus 10 bunnys. All they did was take the rabbits off me, then I had turn up at the police station 3 days later to sign a letter of apology. the only thing that got confiscated was the rabbits.
