At the moment im mainly traping magpies but i have a few mole traps down on a bit of land and im struggling to catch a mole.

Im using talpex type traps but keep finding them set off and nothing cought. A few months ago i was doing fine but sinse the dry weather and dry ground iv struggled to catch them.

Im planning on taking up a moleing course as i take vermin control quite seriouse rather than a hobby and in the future i would like to set myself up as a fulltime vermin controler.

Any advice welcome

If your serious about setting up mate I would advise you look to gain a qualification ! Rsph level 2 in pest managment. And you wont go far wrong ! Any questions on it mate just drop me a line !

Back on track with the Mole's.

Set a few trap's a couple of day's ago..went to have a look how they where doing this morning. It was only a domestic but as i walked to the first trap it had gone off, I slowly pulled it from the ground half expecting it to be empty but there he was..Result.!! And one happy client.

Left the other few trap's in as im expecting maybe one or two more. Just sent for a few more trap's aswell. The fenn type mole trap's...Has anyone used them.?? If so how do you rate them.??
