If you cannot afford to make or use proper snares then you shouldn't be snaring rabbits, and neither should you be encouraging others to 'apply cruelty by thrift'

 

Make some proper snares using brass wire, with eyelets, and peg them down properly. Not only will they be more humane, but far more likely to catch

to be honest sounds like he is making good snares,,, where is it written in stone otc that propper snares need to be brass ???.and where the cruelty etc. any wire can be used from copper stainless ,brass or even galve.. no hard and fast rules..

Aye like the sodding poll tax etc etc test it in Scotland first before they unleash it on Britain

No other British country need a stopper placed on there snares just now
