i personally liked the fissta man and his passion and respect for not only OUR HERITAGE...but also for the upmost RESPECT for his quarry. and in his case the fish.

how not only does he love to hunt his fish...but also will do everything to the day he dies to make sure that they are carefully managed so that his grandchildren and there children could also respect and maintain there love of there quarry....

It's really heart warming to hear so many positive reports about last night and even nicer to see a thread where all the lads are pulling together ready to take on the real enemy.... rather than squabbling with each other.

A BIG thank you to Stop End, Corkman and everyone else involved, I believe you've given everyone a big lead and I know just how flat out you guys and others have been working to make this happen.

It's only a very short time ago that this forum was filled with doom and gloom about the future of terrierwork in Ireland, it feels an entirely different place now.

WELL DONE ALL

well beleive it or not MR WADE...it was because i had the great oppertunity and pleasure to not only chat to you on the phone and then personally spend some time in your company and soak up all that good knowledge you gave like a sponge and find out that you ARE the "REAL DEAL" Barrie if it was not for your love of REAL terrier work and how you have dedicated most of your life WORKING terriers and FIGHTING for that right in a country much bigger and with bigger opponents than IRELAND then dont know if we would of had the knowledge or the know how that would have helped us to start this breath of fresh air that we all needed.... youll be judging the first show in the future bazza lol.... thank you... ...MB

If those that own, work and love the working terrier only knew how hard a few lads are currently working to try and save our way of life.

Long journeys and big phone bills are only the tip of the ice berg.

EVERYONE that wants to keep the right to own and work our terriers in the future WILL be asked to play some part in the fight.

Wether that's attending a rally or writing a letter, they have to do what's needed.

None of us have an excuse.

The Anti's have nothing to loose,

We have everything to loose.
