Smokey 1 56
Smokey all I have done is use walnut oil (the £2.50 a bottle stuff from the Supermarket) and rubbed it into the existing finish. A little on a cloth and wiped over, then a dry cloth to polish! That is all I am using on it. Brings it up a treat and nourishes the wood as well! Also for those who do not believe it hardens, you keep believing that, us who use the oil will testify it does harden and works well. It is not suitable for doing a stock blank (well I do not think it is anyway), but it is suitable for maintenance polishing! Cheers Mole,,,,,,,,,oh dont burn the burgers Smokey Quote Link to post

Hugh Wilton 11
Will have a rummage through a few of my old books (some my grans) to see what I can come up with, the last one I had was brested out and used for a stir fry. We should have a cook book section. I am a firm belever that if you are happy to kill it you should be happy to eat it. There are a few exceptions to this but not many. I have a good friend that says he can do a mighty fine badger ham. Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
I can thoroughly recommend HFW Bunny Burgers! They are damned nice! Not eating ferals for anyone! Quote Link to post
