zini 1,939
Mate welcome to the air gun section. To be honest with you the rifle that you are talking about isn't one that many members if any have in here. In terms of air rifles its a low quality rifle when compared to other brands but that said it can be used after practice to shoot medium range vermin if that's what you wanted it for. When I say medium range I mean out to 20 to 25 metres probably maximum. In 1997 I owned this rifle myself when it was called the Custom Lion. I used it to good effects in Bosnia shooting ferals and magpies. I also shot the odd rabbit with it. Power wise mine was doing around 10 foot pounds but i didn't chrono it. The trigger on this rifle is stiff with a lot if creep so accuracy is hard to nail at range. For a first rifle to see if you like shooting its a good call as its nice and cheap. Once after learning with it you may want to think about buying a weihrauch or Air Arms rifle which is a much better quality brand of rifle. Si. 1 Quote Link to post

zini 1,939
Webley make a nice little spring rifle called the Xocet which i s well a good look at. For the best springer though i would advice on either Weihrauch or Air Arms. Si. Quote Link to post
