For sale is my much loved SAKO FINNFIRE .22LR. You may have heard of these rifles and you may know that they are much sought after, one of the best rim fire’s every made. I have had this rifle for just under a year now and have shot countless amounts of vermin with her. She shoots Winchesters subs very well and when i say well, i mean VERY well. I have been getting groups of around 1cm at 50yards and she will keep doing this over and over. As well as subs, she shoots Remington Golden Bullet rounds very well also. I have shot groups of 1” at 80yards and this is done easily with her. She really is a very good gun. Now the rifle is in good condition, with a beautiful walnut stock that has got a few nock and nicks on it but nothing serious. The previous owner tried re-oiling the stock and there is some oil marks where the rifle has been placed pointing upwards and the oil has ran down the side of the fore-end, but it’s nothing serious. Other than that the rifle in is good condition. All metal work it good, barrel is still as black as it was when it came out the factory all the way from Finland. The actions is smooth, short and very sharp, and the trigger can be adjusted, at the moment i have it on the lightest setting possible because i like my trigger like that.

 

 

 

Now for the extras.

The rifle come with a Leupold VX-1 3-9X 50 scopes with a duplex reticule. This is one serious scope and i have found if perfect for this rifle. Not only is it accurate, its holds is zero very well, its crystal clear and is just a perfect scope for this calibre and rifle. The scope does have some damage (only slightly) where the rifle was dropped on the floor and the scope grazed a rock on the eye piece but this has no effect on the scopes performance, i can assure you. I bought this scope for £375 and its the bets money i have spent. It also comes with a Leupold scope Cover. The scope is attached to the rifle with a pair of Sportsmatch medium height mounts. The rifle also comes with a Harris Ultra Light 9-13” bipod with the legs that are retracted by spring action and can be set at any height from 9-13 with the use of the tightening screws, these retail for around £60 today. She also comes with a SAK moderator that has got a scratch at the front but this does not affect performance. Also a butler creek sling, one of the comfiest i have used and SAKO sling attachments. Im selling this as a kit and not as separate bits ok, so lets make that one clear.

 

All together its cost me around £1300 to buy everything but it was worth it but not im looking to get something different. Trial of the rifle is possible by the way.
