Along with the wormer, what are you feeding her?

A good way to put weight on any dog is through the feeding of liver cake. If you want to avoid the possibility of a runny exit with the dog do half the amount of liver and fill the rest with chicken, tripe and/or beef mince.

WARNING: Make sure you ahve other family member's permission before cooking it and keep the cooking area well ventilated - it stinks!! Best way I have found is to use the BBQ. If you have a gas BBQ then light only one side of the BBQ, close the lid to bring it up to temp, put the cake in the non-lit side. If you have a solid fuel burning BBQ just shift the coals over to one side but it will ened to burn for a while.

i thout liver cake shudnt b eater in large quanlities and only used as a treat for training ect....

I'll put this forward then: Don't give the dog a full cake for a meal, instead cut it up into decent sized peices and yes, either feed it as a training treat or just a filler at meals times.

If you want something you can use as an actual meal for the dog that is high in fat and weight adding ingredients then you can try making satin balls which are freezer friendly too.
