Gin 498 Posted May 20, 2012 Report Share Posted May 20, 2012 I received this Bushcraft blade in o1 tool steel yesterday, from Matt (Midnight), and what a cracking blade it is. OAL 215mm and 5mm thick. Flat grind. The feel and balance are just right. A good bushcraft and general use blade. I'm thinking of using Ivory linnen micarta as the handle, and will do a fancy sheath for this one. Thanks again Matt, i'm well chuffed with this one. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Gin 498 Posted May 20, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 20, 2012 Funnily enough i am now minus a finger but nowt to do with that blade. Ha Ha Yes its razor sharp. If you get the blade from Midnight, a lad on here The Gaffer will do the handle and leather sheath for you. I just do my own.
