Dog kennel and run

cant beat concrete block kennel four high or 5 ,with either timber framing or angle iron framin, tac welded with galvanised mesh, roofed over, last you a lifetime and dog boxes in side, l concrete runs 3 inch to one grade into a good drain or soak away , painted once a year with concrete paint last you along time, woodens fine but not the best i would say , like sectional kennels so you can keep them paired up winter ,if your good at sourcing mateiral easy job , last you a lifetime .

I'm going to raise it up on a 12" cement block base and install a drain into the far end of the run.

 

Then fill underneath the kennel with loft insulation, line the kennel with kingspan and fit a vinyl flap to the pop hole.

 

Should be plenty warm and dry for the winter then.
