Ferret Andy 1
Hi all... Iv been a member on here for a while now but to be honest, spend more time reading than posting. I do alot of ferreting on my permissions as well as decoying the pigeons with shotgun, and lamping rabbits with the hushpowered mossy .410. One of my permissions is a sheep farm and the owner is not overly keen with shotguns being used. I sore this as an opportunity to purchase a new toy in the form of an air rifle. I originally went out and got an s16 but to be honest with you, i didnt get on with it. Off to the local shop for a trade in! After shouldering a few guns there was one i really liked the look and feel of. It was the Falcon Prairie BM. An 8 shot pcp. There doesn't seem to be alot of talk or interest in them on here and i wondered why? Im on my second tin of pellets now and to be honest, iv had no issues with it what so ever. Seems to be a cracking gun and amazingly accurate. Made in England too! Iv included a picture of it below, im using an MTC Viper scope with Deben bipod and custom silencer - boy this thing is quiet! Anyways, thanks for reading and i hope to soon be uploading pics of lots of wabbits that have seen the wrong end of it Andy. Quote Link to post

StevoSmith 147
How long is the Falcon mate?......it seems very long but nice looking....need to summit with Silencer though seems way to shiney lol......look forward to reading your write ups and looking at your pics Quote Link to post
Ferret Andy 1
Thanks for the reply's. Its no longer than the S16 was really, but seems to be much, much lighter! The silencer is a bit shiny really, but i honestly cant believe how quiet it makes it, like you really cant hear it. I was looking at the neoprene cover that Garlands make for the T8 Mod, sounds like it will fit nicely Quote Link to post
Baghdadnights 150
Falcons are fantastic rifles bud I've got a fn19 8shot I've had it for over ten years changed the seals couple of times but that's all. Very accurate fairly decent shot count. Mines now retired as the bolt and cocking mechanism is worn and notchy at some point I'll replace them so I'm back to having a serious long range rifle. ATB Adam Its really not as long as it looks in the picture. The silencer does add a good 200mm to it though. The silencer is a custom made one that i had made by a guy on another forum. I honestly cant praise it enough! The quietest silencer i have used by a long way! I know its not to everyone's taste being silver, but i hope to get a neoprene cover for it at some point. Mawders 595
Hey dude, just get some jack pyke camo tape for the silencer it only costs a few quid and then you can keep reusing it if you fancy changing back to shiny silver mod! Nice gun, never heard of them before. 1 Quote Link to post
