Bunny Boiler 177
Yes, it is a muzzle. Stops the ferret getting hold of the rabbit. Means no digging. Atb, Bunny. Quote Link to post

Ideation 8,216
Never really enjoyed ferreting to the gun, done it a fair bit, but the noise just kind of ruins it for me. And muzzles are a stupid idea. Quote Link to post
BenjaminCadd 109
Never muzzled mine, like sending you into a boxing ring with hands tied behind your back. 1 Quote Link to post
The one 8,513
Why muzzle it was he scared of it when it came out he had to tease it with a rabbit before he picked it up ,Then why give it one barrel when two will do ?. Quote Link to post

Exactly one bad experiance down a burrow can ruin a great worker, so they need to be able to fight back at least! Quote Link to post

Guest vin
done a fair bit of ferreting to the gun...sometimes its a good way of gaining more permission and getting in the good books of landowner etc etc. Its ok ...but the noise usually puts em off bolting after the 1st few have popped out...so you have to keep moving on to sets further apart throughout the day etc etc. much more fun bolting for the hawking lads with Harris hawks and Gos's As for muzzles. . . not for me..to many things to go wrong.
