mickmck 716
its got to be the first big cat found , if its not an otter , but you would think a specialist will have checked it before they made it public or maybe i just want it to be a big cat

RossM 8,121
Agree on the otter allegation, legs too short and not shaped right to be a feline.
MATTI 34
I agree with this being an otter, even at this decomposed state, feline whiskers would be visible in these close up photos.
jasper65 6
think dymented pictures pretty much solves it as a otter

scothunter 12,609
You will hear no more about it.
shroob 9
This is what angers me about the press, I'm no wildlife expert but even my first guess was otter. Instead of checking facts/evidence they print a ridiculous story of this being evidence of 'big cat'.

But we are talking the same family here. Could it be a big male Pine Marten. ? ive seen some very big pine martins Ive only ever seen one. There is none about here but my neighbour said he had seen one at the bottom of the road. I thought "bollocks" but a while later i saw it. The dog saw it as well and went after it but it was only metres away from the wood. I looked for ages for it but no chance of seeing it. God knows where it came from, i can only guess someone dumped it..?
