lapin2008 1,587
You will get varying opinions based on peoples own experiences of probably 1 or two dogs. I have one that I am happy with so far (nearly 1 year old). But I very much doubt that any of his stuff is any better or worse than any of the other prolific deer hound cross breeders. All prolific breeders will state that they work their dogs but how you define work is probably the question, if you own 10-15 dogs how much work can they possibly be doing Edited May 17, 2012 by lapin2008 3 Quote Link to post

My dogs sire is Raven who is 5-6 generation dh/gh back to a grey owned by someone else who had used raven as stud. At the time I got mine there were lots of pups around by raven but he was 14 years old, I thought all the bitches he kept were also dh/gh and several generations in but its best if someone thats seen his set up comments..
