johnny boy68 11,726
She looks a wee racy thing, does she do what ya expect from her? Yeh she is a quick little bitch and I'm really happy with what she's doing, really switched on and is a joy to work, great retrieve and is real good around cover, she's not been pushed real hard stamina wise as of yet but hopefully be giving her a test or two in the new year. Ginny Spinner 455
Mines doing everything possible for a lurcher to do only in her first season, my older bitch does everything too. Doesn't like teeth as much but will do them with other dogs Spot on,is that the rough white one? Are youse putting them into big bags yet? Testing stamina Yeah the rough white one, she's only had 20 odd rabbits a few times she was only young and inexperienced and she still had plenty in the tank I've not seen her tired, been doing a lot with the terriers and bull x lads with her she excellent catch dog. took her down country retrieved hares no bother with her, took her up retrieved white rabbits no bother with her. If she keeps improving at the way she's been in her first season she'll be a handy tool going to try track and retrieve all species of deer and hare with her. Over half way there all ready 1 Quote Link to post

FUJI 17,199
Hey up lads..I bred Chelsea..she was a red and white bitch, litter sister to a dog I had called Patch..infact Chelsea wasn't too unlike Johnnyboy's bitch Bron..I bred her out of my Bulpa dog x Jess a white and brindle bitch I had that had wind in bucket loads...Solo was a good dog or Darren wouldn't of kept him, killed everything and also took him beating for the keepers as and when, very sensible head on him..the dog not Darren lol..Darren has used Solo over loads of bitches of all types but never produced anything half as good..thats dogs for you though! Anything I have in the kennel out of my old stuff serve a purpose, they have their faults but it's us who have to live with them so im not to bothered..Don lost an eye in a freak hunting related accident and even today when I had him out he walked into a bloody wheelie bin lol..he's still put a few beasts horizontal but as for lamping ive not took him and to be honest I don't know if he will ever be the same dog he was again? Make little odds to me either way as we have Swift and also that scruffy thing of my lads for lamping plus I have the big Saluki x for the day...hes never seen a lamp haha..not like me ") Quote Link to post
