a good greyhound breeds fire and pace to pull that roe of a wood, bred a litter of pups .coursing dog proven one. to coursing and working greyhound whippet i owned pups are everything they should be very good no wastage , or slo pups, bred a litter of collie types mark chapmans bob to d slieghts katie , got luke very good dog lacked a bit height pace got a greyhound ,come on keera ,worked her tested her bred her to luke got lana top class lurcher, bred lana to mates dog chuck who one cambridge cup then bred pup mhirn to rex to put pace and keep the running brain good feet , i wouldnt use a greyhound again but you do need pace if your going catch game thats flighty long slips regulary, all dogs need pace on open land ,thats wooded as well they no were there going and use all there pace to hit the cover or wood on a nite without the real good greyhound were do you get the pace at times ye i have fast running dogs but had to inject pace in to get them .but now dont need to , pace and a good running brain will always win hands down on flighty game thtas abit wise at times, there not many fences dykes localy all open with woods and when the games got his head down you need something to pull it back of the cover wood tried and tested

max is [bANNED TEXT] if we never had the good greyhounds grews there would be no pacy lurchers , its alrite breeding good lurcher to lurcher its the best way but what if neither are pacy to do a job ,i prefer lurcher to lurcher as got some pacy stuff but imaging coliefied to coliefied and couldnt turn there prey etc , or kept losing ground , or to salukified and not enough urgency , youlle not get a more suitable dog to breed pace than some of the bigg whippetgrews fifty pound plus to add pace and strike at times , for some land , best rabbit dogs ive saw were collie with grew in them ,lurcher to lurcher can be fine as long as you no whats you about and less mixture the better
