Those hares were 100% caught in September and were definately early season Giro,i know that because i was there 2 nights earlier when we caught 81 bunnies ..ATB Andy.

My own mutts seem to improve and get larger bags as the season gets on, They have reached full fitness and no warm nights to hold them back...

 

One season my dog struggled till mid Oct it was still to warm for her, dog ran shite.

Guys, this has been a fantastic thread, some really good info, pics and dogs. Goes to show all the hard work and dedication that has gone into your dogs/line overs many years has clearly paid off with what appears to be a really good standard of mutt!
