quiglee 3
Picked myself one up off fleabay a couple of weeks ago. Cost me £43 inc delivery. Got some cases and rusk off tinternet then I was ready. I used some venison for my 1st attempt. I found the mincing hard going, then I turned the blade the correct way and it worked a treat . Added a few herbs and away I went. I need to order some larger cases now though as the ones I ordered were slightly too small (26mm). Waidmann off here has had some off me and he reckons I need to take the recipe to the grave with me . I'm gonna pick myself a pork shoulder next and try some breakfast sausages, will let you know how these go or no doubt Waidmann will. All in all, for £43, I'd get one to try. Can't fault it. Another good thing is I'm gonna put some rabbits through it for bunny burgers. The misses and mother in law won't touch em. I'll tell em it's pork .

waidmann 105
I bet it didn't take you long to find this thread Paul, " looking for a mincer". Lol I must say the sausages were very good and I look forward to trying the next batch..... Thoroughly . The machine seems to be good for the money, no probs with the mincing and filled the skins well too. It looked easy enough to clean but I made sure I was at home eating the goodies before that happend lmao Well worth a go fellas
