Just a quick update for those who were following.   Had her just over 2 months now and she's doing great, really bonded with her.   Just had her out on the lamp for half an hour, I know it's still

Happy Happy dog given a 2nd chance, happy owner, all coming together nicely

Just been out on a walk with her.   She walks off lead better than on. Pulls like a train on the lead but did settle a bit after a run across the fields. Off the lead she walks to heel. Walked her p

Lady had her first rabbit on the lamp last night.

It was a very optimistic slip on a fully grown golf course bunny. As soon as I slipped her I was thinking I shouldn't of. It was way in the distance and sat on a tree line. She ran it fairly clever to start with and gave it a wide birth in a bid to steer it away from the tree line. She ran it in and out of the trees for a good 20 second or more and my heart was in my mouth. She turned with it perfectly and stuck with it on a big straight in the open before nailing it as it tried to turn back on itself.

She came straight back with it as soon as the lamp went off and stood about 10 feet away with it. Im sure I could of coaxed her all the way to hand with it but to be honest I was so excited I just went straight to her and made a massive fuss of her.

She was slightly reluctant to give it me and held it for a few seconds but after I told her to drop it a few times she gave it me.

I only gave her one more run after this which she missed by a clear mile (it was a sitter and he guessed and went the wrong way) but I am over the moon with her.

All the best.
