Any suggestions on how to cook I was just gonna put butter on it and stick it in the oven for 20 mins at about 180

Rub a bit of salt an pepper into the skin with olive oil, bacon across it's back and put in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. Mmmmm

Maybe a bit of garlic in the body cavity too.
