I remember a few years back at a show with a small greyhound bitch that many mistook for a grew, the amount of lads trying to buy her was astonishing, even more so those people telling me to race her and when I said no they said they would if she was theirs

On the K9 site, someone is advertising a mating , pure Greyhound sire, Non-Ped Whippet/Greyhound dam; pups should be "perfect for Lurcher racing" he reckons !!

Racing a pure greyhound or whippet x grey against a lurcher does not sound fair to me..not that i do it or have ever been interested in doing it..shoul they not be placed in seperate categories..

they should but the lurcher racing scene is full of fannies with the small dick syndrome, they HAVE to win their wee rosettes, so they claim their unmarked greys are in fact 1/4 bred lurchers. sad b*****ds if you ask me.

They will work well mate, just have to bring them up and enter them right
