The Duncan 802 Posted June 7, 2012 Report Share Posted June 7, 2012 was nice mate 3-5 mins on each side in a fryin pan then low grilled with sweet n spicy coverin for 10 mins lovely awrite pj mate you and duncan should get squirrel on im a celebrity get me out of here lol.....hope your well mate Count me in! Squirrel hinds are so damn tasty, sweet creamy meat Great pan fried in garlic butter. I normally just take the hind legs- too much faff to skin the whole thing. They do like to keep their coats!
