jf1970 328
Hay just a quick 1, when a bitch comes into heat will a dog pick up on it right away? or if not at what day into the cycle will he start to take notice? Thanks i have an experienced dog here and he won't go near the bitch until she is ready, even when she is egging him on. An inexperienced dog will try his luck at the hint of the bitch coming into season.
Attack Fell Terrier 864
My dog wouldn't eat and would sit right up against the partition between the two runs with his tongue hanging out and his langer hanging out fully extended when the bitch I had was in season. littlefish 586
So are you hoping to breed them or avoid breeding them?
JRT27 0
I'm looking to breed from her with a mates dog, I missed the start of her season as I was away so I'm not sure of the date somtime around the 9th well that's when I spotted it, so could be a few days before, I have an old dog who has been cut and he is hanging around all the time, I'm just trying to work out the best time to take her to my mates for a few days? As she isn't showing any intrest atm,
