StevoSmith 147 Posted May 8, 2012 Report Share Posted May 8, 2012 Hey Marshall...i would say no to this rifle mate...it's fine for target shooting but not for live quarry when straight out of the box........they are only doing about 8ftlbs out of box i think as friend of mine got one and sold it 2 days later....i would save up a little more and get yourself a decent second hand quality German made or AirArms springer Quote Link to post
marshall298 0 Posted May 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 8, 2012 cheers for the info stevo. i read a review that sed it was shooting at 10.5 ... years ago i had a old bsa meteor that used to shoot at around 8 and it stil droped rats but i think the min i would want is 10 ... can you recommend a good site for second-hand rifles my local gun shop only stocks new and ther mostly pcp over the £300 mark. People who sell their guns know a lot about them too, how they handle, how they feel in the shoulder, what makes them work best etc. And in turn look after them so you will most likely get one in prime nick from a good home.
