Who to be insured with?

I'm looking at insurance and I'm getting a little lost? Who's the best to go with and why? I've looked at Countryside Alliance and BASC, is there any more?

BASC For me pal, Very good coverage and they have given me loads of advice.

My CA insurance just ran out, I'm swapping to SACS simply because £100,000 is there for legal disputes with licensing etc, coupled with a good price for a good package.

I cant seem to find what they exactly cover? there is a brief over-lay but no detailed explanation. Do you know what they cover or where it is I can find it?

I have insurance with these guys too - I did mine over the phone and it was only £35 per annum, which is damn good value imho.

I'm with CA this year because I had an offer of full cover for £20. I'll never give money to BASC again as I feel they now have their own financial agenda before that of members. Besides I can't help feeling that the multi million pound Media Centre is a total waste of money.

SACS, as they cover all country sports..and legal cover. BASC are no longer my cuppa tea, although I still support some of their initiatives when asked.ie Young Shots.

SACS had a FREE clayshoot at Dalkeith and Free air rifles for Youngsters we will do this again as senior members donated money and cartridges etc and remember SACS give a free membership to juniors. We are also the only outfit to give £100,000 legal fees insurance to ALL members.
