paulk73 151
Was wondering if anyone had converted an old style hw100 with a screw off cylinder using the quickfill upgrade adapter, if so, how did it perform ? Quote Link to post

paulk73 151
Hi mole. What's a swamp mate? I will have a look at a&m cylinders. Quote Link to post
paulk73 151
Hi mole. I contacted hull cartridge, and they said they don't offer a swap, in fact they wouldn't even give me a price on a new cylinder. They told me to contact my local dealer, and go through them. I called Blackpool air rifles, and was quoted just over £200 for a new cylinder. So now it looks like a toss up between the £75 quickfill upgrade adaptor and the a&m quickfill cylinder. £140. The a&m will take almost 1 lb in weight off the gun. But the adaptor will add a bit to it, and push the original cylinder forward nearly 2 inches. Making the rifle slightly more fore end heavy. Any thoughts please. And does anybody know if the a& m cylinder will fit straight onto the old style 100 t without any modifications? Quote Link to post
